Levvel is a leading specialist housing consultancy with a successful 12 years track record. Our small team has an enviable client list of developers, house builders and public sector clients. An increasing workload both at home and abroad has provided the opportunity to expand our team.

The successful applicant will initially be responsible for supporting our senior team in detailed strategic planning negotiations by providing research summaries, interrogating a range of economic and housing data, development appraisal modelling and presentation of arguments. Working knowledge of Excel is required plus some experience in development and/or planning would be preferred.

We are interested in employing people from housing and other property sectors who may be at the start of their career and are looking for hands-on experience in negotiating planning applications, which will deliver tens of thousands of homes over the next ten years.
